REGION: Casablanca Valley

Less than 20 miles from the coast, Casablanca Valley is strongly influenced by the cooling effects from the Humboldt Current. Early morning fog and winds, followed by afternoon sun combines for ideal growing conditions.

CERTIFICATIONS: Sustainability & Vegan

La Playa Reserva wines have always been farmed sustainably. Our early motivation in using these green practices was easy: Sustainable grapes yield the cleanest and most pure varietals.

TASTING NOTES:

Soft ruby-red color with aromas of fresh cherries and raspberries. The palate has notes of red berries, vanilla, and baking spices with medium bodied tannins, and a lengthy finish.
